Yoga is far more than physical exercise — it is a comprehensive system for harmonising body, mind and spirit. At Maha Rajyam Temple, we teach yoga in its traditional context: as a spiritual practice that prepares the seeker for deeper meditation and connection with the divine.

Our approach integrates the eight limbs of Ashtanga Yoga as described by the sage Patanjali: yama, niyama, asana, pranayama, pratyahara, dharana, dhyana and samadhi.
