Parkland Avenue Sdn Bhd officials and temple committee members held a pivotal meeting regarding the potential relocation of Maha Rajyam Temple due to the new township development in the area. This marked the beginning of our sacred journey to a new home.
A historic Signing Ceremony was held at Krishna Balram Center, Ayer Keroh, Melaka between Parkland Avenue Sdn Bhd officials and temple committee members. This ceremony formally committed both parties to the temple relocation plan. A new chapter in the temple’s 150-year history had begun.
The auspicious Bhoomi Pooja for the construction of our new temple was conducted by His Grace Sri S. Ramanujam Muniandy Gurukal from Sri Renganathar Temple, Kajang, Selangor. This sacred ritual seeks the blessings of Bhoomi Devi (Mother Earth) to ensure divine protection and successful construction of the new temple.
Bhoomi Puja is performed before any major Hindu construction — acknowledging the sanctity of the land and invoking cosmic order for the structure to rise in harmony with divine will.
Sacred Vastu Yantra Pooja was conducted for the divine sanctification and protection of the new temple site. The Yantra is a sacred geometric symbol charged with cosmic energy that protects the premises and ensures the temple is built according to divine principles.
The magnificent architectural designs for the new Maha Rajyam Temple were revealed — a grand structure that will serve as a lasting spiritual home for our community for generations to come. The designs reflect the timeless beauty of South Indian temple architecture.
